I like this pic; it's not perfect from a portraiture point of view but as a candid I think it's appealing.
I've had a go at a mod - 1: added some diffuse glow, 2: a little blur, 3: used the history brush on the eyes and mouth, 4: put some tearful highlights in the eyes and , 5: cropped a little.
