hello all,

photography is my hobby for a longer time, but i feel i need a bit of improvment. i would like you to forward me any hits or ideas to improve my skills.

the photo: it is a coast of city called omisalj (croatia)
the stats: pentax k20d, sigma 50-150mm F2,8
exp.: 30s, ISO100, F5.6, 50mm

Lovely shot.
Technically I can't see much to improve it, but perhaps if you'd waited until a couple (or anyone, really, but a couple would be a nice romantic touch) wandered through the scene, it'd add some nice human interest.
Also, there's a leaf- or possibly a duck- in the lower right water I find distracting - perhaps clone that out?

Personally, I'd tone the colours down a bit. You'll find that you get more detail out of a shot like this if you shoot it in RAW and convert with lower saturation.

the details is not the problem. this is a crop from a 180 panorama made of 19 photos. original size of this picture is cca 5100x45000pixels Smile. the resizing is the reason for the loss of details :-(
