After the flop of the last few posts I thought I'd move away from Muriwai Beach.........seems it's not somewhere the majority of you lot like or they weren't EPZ enough!

A worry that the clique has returned but I will persevere for now.

Auckland's skyline is surprisingly beautiful, hence the reason I got up at 6am to travel down to the huge natural Harbour entrance and capture the soft light as the sun was rising.

Thanks for looking.

The detail in that distant skyline is exceptional, Dan. Sharp, clear, perfect. I also love the positioning of the 3.5 boats! I wonder how this might look with a small crop from the bottom.

Lovely light colour and composition Dan, the detail in the skyline is tremendous. Hope this one goes better for you, it's slow at the moment for many.

All the very best
Dougie

The masts of the boats work well leading to the tower in the distance.

gorgeous sky colour Dan, lovely clarity.

The diagonal line of boats make the composition. I agree with Ian that a small crop would improve it.

Beautiful detail and clarity, another vote for a small crop but still a cracking shot.

Keep posting.
