Nice shot Pete. I always wanted to try IR one day. I really like the white clouds in the b/g. You've included quite a bit a sky and I think a square crop could work better by giving a more balanced composition. Rgds,

Flamingo at Chester zoo
Great shot Mike. Agree with all the comments from Catherine above and in particular about having boosted the saturation. That said, I do like the end-result. My only recommendation (really minor) would be to clone out the white grass in the background that seems to be going thro' the flamingo's neck. This is the only 'messy bit' in the background and whilst really minor, I think it would improve the shot. Lowering saturation and boosting contrast a little might give the whole image a more natural look. Guillaume
