Snow's a bugger for metering - too often the camera does what you have here and turns it grey as it reads the whole scene as a midtone. If you have the RAW file try increasing the exposure until the histogram is shifted to the right, or if taking in camera try increasing the exposure compensation by 2/3 stop or thereabouts.

Having said that, I know the theory but mine are still a little off! Otherwise good detail!

Great reflections and silhouette. I might have taken a portrait view or taken a couple of steps back on the landscape to inclue more of the silhouette reflection, but I wasn't there so I don't know if that was possible! Lovely image though.
