So very sad Eric. We are somewhat plagued by Fly-Tipers who constantly discard there crap when and wherever they seem fit.

Sometimes I despair at people Eric, I just wonder what their homes are like! about two years ago I was in Porthcawl on the seafront, there was a man and woman with two children walking along the prom, the children were just dropping their sweet wrappers on the floor, I asked them why they allowed them to do this, the man then started with the foulest words and threatening me violence in front of his children, , he did not know that someone had phoned the police, when they arrived he assaulted one of the police officers, in Court he pleaded guilty and fined £800.00 for assault and £300.00 for breach of the peace, and best of all £150.00 for dropping the litter, a great result. Great capture with good distorted reflections.

Cant understand the mentality of people nowadays, it is so sad and for the life of me, apart from fining them, I dont know how we can stop it. It stems from their upbringing surely?
