This is a terrific bird photo....I have never seen an actual roadrunner before, only in cartoons.
The composition of tis photo is neat perfect......the "V" formed by the clouds and the beach, with the breakwater and lighthouse, and line of the surf at the vertex......and then the great color!

Caravanserais were also part of the Spice Road, stopping points for traders, travelers, and their camels, and probably horses.

These cats do have reallllly long legs. Amazing. We have a kind of domestic cat here, the Maine Coon Cat, who (at least the biggest males) can be 4 feet nose to tail, and weigh 25 lbs (not fat).
I think not being a Brit, I may have missed some of the puns....
