At our friend Rob's house and studio, this rusted clamp on a fence was hard to ignore. Also, I have included a shot of his wood fired kiln, and then a house on the highway near his house. It gets pretty cold up there in the winter, so classic Maine houses are often long and "connecting" sometimes right out to a barn. This one has no barn, and is a bit run down, and I liked the way it looked in the rain.

I agree with you Peter - that clamp begged to be photographed ! Smile I also love the country feel of the other two images. Wooden houses or buildings are the exception here.

A great trio of interesting images Peter, I particularly like image number three, the detail in the wooden building is quite superb.

V1 for me Peter but all good, the house looks as if some TLC is needed, nice to know the history of other countries.

Trev.

Interesting to see. V3 is probably my favourite. Quite an unusual built house.......Sandy

The old house says New England-- probably only a part of it was heated in the winter, not at all cozy now, Like the clamp and the wood furnace-- bet beautiful stuff comes out of it!

I lift you a political message on my image!
