Sailing on the Wye River, we frequently see Bald Eagles. Always easy to spot with their white heads, even from a distance, and with their particular flight, and a surprisingly sweet call (unlike the other large bird often seen--and heard--in similar locations--the Great Blue Heron..squaaaak!)
Not a great technical photo, but it was the best capture of an eagle from this sailing trip. We probably saw at least two dozen eagles on the Wye.
