It is that short time in the spring, before it gets hot, when one of the more unusual and beautiful flowers of Spring are out, the Bleeding Hearts. I could not resist a strong closeup, almost abstracting them.

Beautiful bleeding hearts, ours are just starting!

No, not a baseball fan, but the 7 year old grandson managed to hit a home run with bases loaded--twice---- I suspect there will be a few more games in our future--(that was the first baseball game I had ever attended) The Iron Pigs did seem to be a better team.
