The native people of the Amazon region who hunt with blow guns for animals in the top of the rainforest canopy coat their darts with the skin of these frogs...hence their name, Poison Dart Frogs. Very small, they are reputed to have the most toxic poison in the world. They are maybe an inch, or a little more, long. They live in the rain forests of Central and South America. It was pretty dark in their environment, so as y;all can see, I kind of had to push the ISO.

They are very pretty looking little critters and don't look like they could hurt a fly..!
20,000 ISO is incredible, there's hardly any noise at all and the frogs detail is as sharp as can be.
A most interesting set of images and narrative too, Peter.

Strange to see them mixed like that.
Don't expect the ladies will want to kiss them.
Top shot.

Quite a display. I like them all, but V1 is my favourite, wonderfully framed and shot.

I understand that the low light performance of the OM-D M-1 is even better than the M-5 that I have, Simon.
