The colors were so beautiful that day, I just have to show one more cut leaf maple.....then I am done beating this theme to death. One to the next Fall (or early winter) image tomorrow.

And, no intention of a real subject here.....just color and texture, an abstraction with leaves and light.

The last three uploads have been a profusion of Autumn colour, Peter. Between all the images, you could make a beautiful triptych - may even work with some of your furniture designs?

Simon, since I have started including photos in my furniture, I have constantly looked for images that are pure abstractions, so yes, good catch.
