The same trip to Upstate New York, after the craft show was over, I was driving to see a client when I saw this scene just off the north side of the road. On my way back, with time to stop, I was able to capture these landscapes. It was a rainy, cool, day with dark clouds.....perfect for landscape photography, from my perspective.I could not resist the colors. The sumac was in its glory.

And a shout out of thanks to AlexAppleby for her gracious award on my photos of the chestnuts.
