While waiting for Metro Rail train to pass, so I could pick up my wife at work, I noticed this group of succulents by the side of the road. I'm trying to remember what they are called, but pointy, stick you, sharp things, will do fine. I used a "little" bit of saturation to pick up the subtle colors of the plants. Shooting it from the car is one of my favorite techniques. As they say, " Silver in your hair, Gold in your teeth, and lead in your pants."
