For me i would say yes to digitally manipulated. But i think you have made a beautiful photograph, i would never think of stacking 70 images together, so kudos to you Ian.

Stunning scene. The stacking has really brought out the wonderful clouds so well.

The sky is spectacular and I love the wavy reflection of the mill. I think it's worked very well almost everywhere except for the halo around the lower half of the mill. That is probably just a matter of tidying up in photoshop, maybe cloning in the sky right up to the edge of the mill. Otherwise just tremendous! Smile
