Hi All,

Thank you for comments/votes on my previous upload, as always much appreciated.

I was rather pleased to discover that the A1 Peppercorn – Tornado was running on the Watercress line last weekend and even more fortunate to be able to photograph it, I say fortunate because I had missed it last time it visited and this was the first time I had seen it since it entered service. I chose to find a place where I could shoot from a distance so that I may capture the whole length of the train.

It was rather a dull drab day but at least it the meant the smoke had a bit more impact against the green trees and rubbish sky. As you can see the locomotive was working hard up an incline towards the Four Marks station having just come from Ropley station.

Thanks for viewing,

Paul

LOL, I am indeed Richard. To quote Rod Stewart and Pete Waterman I am also a fan of model railway systems too.
