Thanks for the comments/votes on the Dragonfly, much appreciated as always.

Today's upload is of the Robin nesting in my garden and so far managing to avoid being eaten my wife and daughters cats. Both adults have been very busy bringing in bugs of all kinds for the young. By now they must be as big as the Hulk, hope they will be able to fly or they will be cat food!

If you look closely you can actually see the hairs on the bugs.

Thanks for viewing, all comments gracefully received.

Paul

This is a cracking shot of about 300 that you've taken over the past few weeks LOL
...and yes, I hope they don't end up in either of the cats! it's been lovely seeing them everyday in the garden.

Stunning shot Paul. I think maybe the cats ought to be placed in close arrest for a couple of weeks with the garden put ' out of bounds' !!

Beautiful sharp image. Moira

Fantastic shot Paul. Do your cats wear a bell collar? Helps sometimes...We had two pairs of robins nesting in our garden too. I found a baby robin yesterday that I assume was killed by the neighbours' cats. Sad I do wish I could keep them out of our garden!
Anyhow, love your photo!
