Cascais Marina with the old fort called the Cidadela on the left. It used to house the Coastal Artillery and my husband was stationed there. Now it has been turned into a hotel. Part of it was the favourite Summer residence of the assassinated King Carlos. He loved the town of Cascais and liked to mix with the fisherfolk and was very popular here.
