Excellent shot of the puffin. We don't see many flight shots, possibly because they are such small birds and I would imagine they move quickly. The green foliage is a lttile hard on the eyes - possibly because there is quite a lot of texture at least in the foreground. I would go for a crop which favours the sky rather than the foregound.

I've tried to get flight shots of Puffins - they go like an Exocet on steroids! Fine image, well dealt with in all respects. No crits from me.
