159 (168)The weather is glorious here in B'ham and we are off to a friend's leaving barbecue any minute now. Hope to meet up with Joy, James and baby Samuel who will probably be in a new outfit as Joy was going to town on the bus to shop yesterday.
Hasn't public transport changed!
When I had my babies, travel on the bus was a nightmare. I think I used the sling initially as it was so complicated getting her out of the pushchair, collapsing it and getting on the bus. Birmingham buses now have steps that lower for wheelchair access, and seats that drop down at the front of the bus, so that a pram can be wheeled on and there's an identified area for them and mum can sit next to it.
So going off to shop in the city centre with the pram is no problem at all!!!
The good old days?
I think not!!
Hi Helen.
Oh dear this is so addictive and the more blogs I add the more there are to look at and answer.
Your day sounds good ! We have been train spotting with our two year old grandson. Now home and it is hide and seek ! I am exhausted already.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
