I took several photos of a couple dancing at a local event a couple of years back. I've blended a few shots together to give a feel of the movement - it won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I like the frenzy it creates.
Thanks for looking
I think this is superb. Your mastery of layers and blends must be complete

"Complete"- no way Barry - its an ongoing learning curve - and takes me hours to get the effect I am looking for, but its a great feeling when it comes together - this is all about the flow of movement, and I hope that comes across, and I'm glad you like it
Very nicely worked Helen.
I really like the sense of dance motion. Nice composite.
You've captured the movement perfectly Helen. I love what you've done here............Sandy

Really good work, it feels like you've captured her concentration and focus.
A superb effect, Helen, wonderful movement captured in this stunning piece of work. Carol

A wonderful composition, which for my relatively un-trained photographic eye, work extremely well. I know what I like, and I like this.
Thanks Graham and Nathan
An interesting image that you have put together very well. Andy
Wonderful with a difference and that is it's a one off, it's how you see it as it should be as you want it to be, I think it's great, well done.
Yes, it certainly conveys the feeling of movement, excellently thought up and created, Helen
Fantastic work Helen.
Mission accomplished here Helen.
Thanks Trev, Ken and Gary

I thought it was tartan kilts swirling about from the thumb Helen.
That can be quite a frenzy on Hogmany !!
Thanks Graham and Mick
Wonderful to see some alterative thinking, Helen, and the time spent was certainly worth while, you have achieved what you set out to, and in spades, I'd say. Excellent effect.
Cleverly done.You've achievedwhat you intended.Kate
Thanks Malc and Kate
I like this a lot - screamed out at me from the thumb. My first thought was of some of the tribal American Indian dances I've been to - captures the intensity.
It works because of those lovely strong colours, well composed Helen - Carole
I like the way you have worked this Helen, as you say not sure it is my cup of tea but I do appreciate the work and talent that went into producing it.
Thanks Anne, Al, Carole and Matt
