First of all, many thanks to everyone who left clicks and comments on my Courgette upload yesterday.
Many many thanks to netta for her User Award
On Monday the portacabins arrived to assemble the temporary Nursery at school.
I have many many photos to sort through, but here's a little sequence that reminds me of the Little Engine who wasn't sure if he could get up and over the hill - finally he makes it 
v4 is a view of the crane - it was very hard to get it all into most of my pictures 
You can also see from v4 how dark and wet it was at the beginning of the morning before work got under way

Not just good reportage, Helen, but everything's come together so well photographically in this sequence! The light, the sky, the angle, and of course your photography
I love that shiny chimney thingee. Mick's gonna shoot me a disgusted look for saying so

I stood watching one of these cranes yesterday while Ken was parking the car and hoped to goodness that the driver was an expert - he seemed to be v ery close to the parked vehicles. This set a good example of their expert handling skills. V4 is a cracker (as Andy would say)

Thanks Andrew - you know I never thought anyone would be interested in v4 - I was really chuffed to get it all in, and delighted that there has been a response to it
Thanks Netta and Lillian - there are more to come and I didn't get to see each one "land", as the amount of adjusting on the footings was very time consuming, and I was trying to capture the demolition at the other end of the playground at the same time

It's amazing how they manage to lift these things into confined spaces.
Very well done, I really struggled with the cranes at our building site. They move remarkably fast!
