A picture for Good Friday to reflect on
this could not be more fiting helen stunning work
Interesting work to achieve this strangely appropriate image. A
Brilliant, powerful and emotive work Helen.
good one Helen
Thanks Graham - I'm aware that this is not the sort of image that gets many comments, but I hope it speaks for itself
Yes Helen,a bit of meaning to Easter here.I recall a previous comment I made that I thought the meaning of Easter was lost to commercialism !!
A most modern Good Friday image. Sad and beautiful.
Thanks Mick and Joline
Really cleverly done Helen, you can almost feel the sharpness of the barbed wire. The background is perfect for the image.
Superb, timely. There is still a lot of cruelty, pain and suffering in this world.
Thanks Shell and Moira
Cracking work Helen and apt for the time of year, strong, emotive, image,
Amazing image, even without the title, but with it its powerful too. Excellent.
Very strong impact in your image! Good work.
Thanks Ghaham, Adrian and Isabel
Captured perfectly Helen..........Sandy
Excellent creation, Helen, and as said above, both sad and beautiful. Well done
Superb texture - great leyers game - I like it
Great idea and stunning impact. Like the colour. Paul
another great image ,just love this texturing Helen
Yes, a rather thought provoking image. No beauty here at all, just cruelty and suffering, even the colours seem harsh and cold. I don't even want to think about the shape and the barb piercing it.
definitely one to reflect upon - you were wrong you have loads of comments
Thanks Oll1e, Theresa and Ann.
I really didn't think that many people would want to say anything about this Ann, so I am surprised
A thought-provoking image, Helen. Very meaningful.
what a clever lady you are
this is excellent work
please accept my award
so well deserved
Many many thanks Paree - I'm delighted to accept it

It certainly does - very creative and excellent work
Lovely work again Helen,
Symbolic - very innovative Helen.
Have a great Easter.
Thanks Geoff and Brian
A great Easter message there Helen, lovely work again.
A fine shot Helen . I suppose it reminded you of Jesus Crown of Thorns. Made me think of War . I am immersed in a book about WW2 in the Channel Islands called we'll meet again . A great read. Barbed wire is very treacherous xx
Very nice indeed,so well presented.
Helen, you sensitively allude to puncture and pain - the context of brutality in a modern idiom reflecting on that terrible, confusing but essential day two thousand years ago. I cannot imagine how you came up with the idea but I suspect that your imagery will have a unique individual impact on every viewer.
Perhaps the source is after all self-evident.
