This is a nice shot of a gorgeous girl...and I have to say I am very jealous about that Chaise Lounge...I want it!!
I think the main issue here is the colour balance which in my opinion washes the shot out a little. I would also have added a bit more space around the image to allow more head room
and the abilty to straighten things up a bit. The shot also needed a bit of clearing up on the left side.
I hope you approve of my mods.

I would have cropped slightly lower from the top to eliminate the parting in her hair, but apart from that I LOVE this photo!
