Love this image the background makes it for me I was unsure about lipstick also but it gives it that twist ,

first of all I really like it. the bg with that metallic blue and those curves really works well, and love the girl's "circus" outfit. Nice pose too. The lipstick doesn't really convince me. or rather the style of lipstick. somehow this geisha mouth doesn't go very well with the rest of the image (but it doesn't ruin it either).
I would have liked to see the exposure on her upper body (chest and face just a tad less bright, allthough the screen I'm looking from might not do the photo any favours as it tends to increase contrast. Will have another look tonight, but again, I really like the photo, and think as it is it's very much deserving of that UA

thanks for all you comments. they are fantastic to me. yes the lipstick is crap but it was'nt my choice. glad you all picked up on it though.

like the cool feel to the photograph - i know this will maybe sound a bit random but i think it gives it a russian feel?!?!? think its the models features....dunno? love the shot anyways!
