I went to stock up on some yummy Jalapeno Jelly on a berry farm near Swellendam and took a few photos. Thought the cottage had some photographic merit ![]()

Very photogenic Hermanus. Wonderful shot of an atmospheric setting. My wife made jalapeno jelly for the winter, along with many other preserves.
That's an excellent composition also Hermanus, well done.
Cheers,
Denny
Wow! What a dreamscape. One could hold up here, play guitar and overdose on spicy jelly and crackers with cheese and wine. TG
Nice bit of processing good colours.
Well done. WesternRed.
A wonderful setting for this intriguing cottage ![]()

jalapeno jelly ..... now you are talking
and yes a very photogenic farm
My first thought on seeing this cottage! was that it was a smokehouse for curing meat looking at the size of the chimney, then I looked at the garden and thought I quite like that, my next thought was it's a roof over your head! yes I could be happy spending some time there! away from it all enjoying the misty mountains, nice one like it, regards Leon.![]()

What a wonderful shape to the cottage and such an idyllic setting. The cloud topping gives a lovely atmosphere and contrast to the vegetation.

I think we'd all like to be labourers to live in such surroundings. Fabulous shot. Don
A well deserved run-away-winner as I suspected it would be up top. A bit of a never-never land. TG
A great photograph Hermanus what a nice place you are very lucky to live near places like this.

I totally agree . Still looks grand . Wouldn't take much to put it right, wonder though would you get a soaking when the snow melted off the mountains ??
