As Rich says on sizing, lighting looks good but your pose looks a tad awkward. perhaps the light on your nose is too strong - lets see larger...

Strange effect here. Obviously size is wrong, but the colours are pastel and you appear to have strong light from left and right - especially left, resulting in detail burn out. You needed to expose for those highlights and deal with the shadows later.
