A nice image.
Just get right some basic stuff.
horizan not leavel.
Simple to do bring up grid or roler..
Add layer.
look for free tranform click...
Get Horizan leavel...
OK then flatten leavels...
Just on a note from me..
Do we need yhat much dark sky?
if not crop back...
Put the sun on to the thirds and that might be right place to crop...
I do like colours to get more punch go to leavels push each in in a little.
Then move middle to suite your eye...
Then I think you will have a very strong image...
