Inspired recently by the ver creative use of an off camera flash for street potraits, I decided to trawl eBay for ideas......sadly the slave flash trigger purchased didn't work so is being replaced or I will get a refund:

An extremely powerful torch with a rechargeable lithium battery, it pushed out an amazingly bright beam of sun bright light, just right for creative photographers:

I didn't have a portrait model available late last night, but side lit this bowl of Satsumas; no othe light or flash was used:

So impressed am I that I am going to buy another......very useful around the home too?

I have nothing whatsover to do with the seller....

Cany wait to try it on a face for dramatic portraits in mono and in colour:

Does anyone else use a similar method of cheap lighting?
