Wow, the hooked cirrus echoes the icicles nicely. The sky is perhaps a little bit dark, but a stunning shot, by any standard.

The ice is like a pack of monsters scrambling to get at the viewer! I would echo Mick's comment about the sky but I like the comp a lot.

Dark sky adds to the drama. Wonderful!

Very nice shot Phil. Not sure if youve given this a blue cast intentionally, but it may look better a touch less blue.
