What a Galah

In Oz, an idiot is sometimes called a Drongo, and sometimes a Galah. Now I can understand the Drongo bit because they are sometimes seen to dive headfirst from a great height into very shallow birdbaths. But a Galah? ... beautiful, strong, social and capable birds.
