This is a little lane leading back up to .... nowhere, and has been "processed" using virtualPhotographer and pse7

Many thanks to everyone who so kindly commented and voted on "Returning Home ... Whitby Harbour" ... and Dave, I appreciate your comments ... I would have put up a variant per your suggestion but do actually love the wake ... this was as taken so no extra room in front and boy I was caught out by the speed it was going Grin - definitely not using that little sail and an especial thanks to Valery for giving me the UA GrinGrinGrin

Love the first one, great contrast and vibrancy makes for a very striking image, like V2 too but not as much. Lovely capture Carol! Robin Hoods bay is lovely but I never got to see this part...too busy taking pics of the rocks on the shoreline Smile

Thanks Loren, glad you like this one - I did take a pic of the rocks which were round the corner from the bottom of the town but it was the little lanes that were a real treat Grin

Nicely done, Carol, you've caught the essence of the place well. Haven't been there for a while, we tend to head straight for Whitby. This reminds me to stop off next time Smile.
