a pair, Male and female Mandarin ducks turned up at our local lake/pond yesterday. what a treat to see them, the male is so colorful and the female so dainty. I have never seen a Mandarin duck before, even better i actually had my camera with me at the time as well. hope you all have enjoyed your Christmas and bring on the new year.
