On the contrary to Looboss's comment, this contra-jour photograph has strong sillouhettes and outlines the skyline of Westminter very well; in fact I might have been tempted to darken the buildings more to accenuate the lines and lessen the detail. The mist and haze shrouding the background buildings is also adds to the atmosphere of the scene. I also think that mono-tone version might improve things further; without colour the viewer can concentrate all of their attention on the lines of the buildings. There may also be an added bonus of reducing further the evidence of the reflection of the Eye capsule you were in.
