first try with nd filter on to smooth the water out please leave me comment good or bad all critisism is good
The smoothing of the water has worked very well and this is nicely composed but there are a couple of problems. First, the pier is a little blurry, which suggests camera shake. I assume you were using a tripod but using a remote shutter release or the camera's self timer and, for preference, miror lock-up will minimize that. Second, the horizon is quite a way off level, which rather spoils the effect, since everybody knows that the sea is horizontal.
