Another images from yesterday morning. This time a little later once the sun started to peek through the clouds. Slightly lower down and at a wider angle than the last one.
Cheers, Ian.

The red sun makes the shot. I know how hard it is to get up there before dawn, well done.

Thanks.
Yes Robert, it's a hard slog, especially in the snow and ice...
Cheers, Ian.

Nice one Ian, good effort to get there. If I'd gone out, this was somewhere I'd thought about going. Didn't make the effort though, more fool me!

Hi Martin. The forecast was right for a change plus I needed to get out and about! Very quiet up there until around 11.00 am and then the world and his dog were out. I got as far as the Wool Packs and then returned the same way.
Cheers.

Like the subtle colours in this, and the composition works really well, leading toward the sun.

I like this one even more than the last, have a well deserved RC

If the guy on Mam Tor has a red coat....it's me! A couple of others were there too, but one guy just walked to the rim of Mam Tor without talking and just plonked himself in our shots! Wink

My lens might be good Martin - but not that good!! You're just a silhouetted outline I'm afraid Smile
Cheers, Ian.
