No new material at the moment, the weekend weather stopped any plans to get out and photograph the autumnal colours.
This one was taken a couple of weeks back after I went to capture the sunrise on top of Cliff Rigg. On the way back down through the woods the morning light against the larch trunks caught my eye. I took a couple of exposures, one for the sky and one for the shadows in the woodland. Surprisingly this is from a single exposure, really amazed at what LR can retrieve in the highlights and shadows.

Beautifully observed and naturally framed Ian. "Beautiful landscape imagery"

In your usual style and beautifully composed with the trees making a wonderful frame for Roseberry Topping . I had the same idea about Autumn colours but also thwarted by last weekend's awful weather and unfortunately doesn't look good for this coming weekend either....Phil
