Havanna's El Capitolio Building from a side street with one of the thousands pre 1959 US cars. The three V's show a little of the decay of this once grand Colonial city. There is hope with a few buildings being restored as the economy recovers with aid of tourism and the designation of World Heritage Site.
I spent 7 days in the city, a photographer's dream.
