Golden Light
Great shot Julie, a great composition, with lines taking you right through the image. The light is beautiful with a nice bit of sky to finish.I think the colour cast issues I mentioned earlier may be caused by overcompensating slightly with the warm slider when converting your raw images? 'Just another thought'.

Snow blown Rock
As the rock dominates the main part of the image. I made a layer mask then selected the rectangle marquee tool. I then made a selection around the rocks only. I enlarged the rocks by stretching the top left hand corner until the desired size was achieved. I removed the hard edges with the brush tool. I also added more contrast and slightly sharpened it.This may sound a lot to take in so I would stick to willie,s Technique.
This is a good technique if you want to enlarge something in the foreground and you want it to dominate.
