...a dog with a stick!

Was playing around with some macros in the woods this morning, but the dog eventually got bored and started demanding attention.

She's a 13-year-old tricolour English Springer Spaniel who lives to fetch things - the further they're thrown the better!

Any comments / criticism greatfully received.

Actually... bit of confession - the focussing isn't perfect!
Realised after that my lens was wide open, which didn't even give enough depth of field to have the nose and eyes sharp at the same time!
Fortunately, it looked ok when resized for EPZ...

Hi there some in reserves others in captivity Eastern Cape is so beautiful I went to quite a few reserves there Kwagga Kama, Addo Elephant, Bushman Sands and a few others my absolute passion in life, even now I would live in the bush if I could and will also keep going back for sure Africa is in my blood forever and thanks for your lovely comment much appreciated

yeah, bit softish round the eyes but better than I can manage.
