Love the mauve tones in this but feel the dark FG lacks interest and detracts from the beautiful BG. Also the horizon seems to tilt slightly to the right. I would straighten just a tad - maybe .5 - 1 degree and crop most of the FG maybe leaving the "roundish" boulder in the frame.
Only my opinion - hope you don't mind - it still gets my vote though Wink

Wonderful shot. Beautiful light and colouring. Beautifully framed. I love the sky and water. This is straight into my shortlist.

cheers - yeah - it needs (another) 0.5 degree twist. The roundish boulder is actually a log. The big dark boulder is too underexposed
but it was a diffucult shot to get right with velvia.

Excellent monochromatic feel, too bad it can't be viewed on a black bg, the underexposed lower left corner would gain a touch I reckon. Beautiful lighting and good composition.
