Horizon straight here, but image lacks sharpness. Do you remember to sharpen AFTER you re size and save, BEFORE you upload to EPZ?

So, - original> resize, set ppi to 72 and then set longest side>save as new file name> adjust compression to get file size>save>OPEN>check for sharpness>sharpen>save>upload.
