It was one of those very rare occasions when I got up early and went to take some photos this morning. These pylons caught my eye on the way to where I was going. I've given them a slight blue tint to reflect how cold it was! Burrrr...

Excellent photo - great composition.
this is very good.
excellent composition, tone works well, like the lines and the recession though the distance.
Great lines and contrasts.
Great sense of perspective in this one, blue tone works well also. Nice one
fab lead in lines...the whole picture has a real flow to it
i can see why they caught your eye! makes for a great photo - nice work!
Love that field, the lines are fantastic.Just feel it could do with a touch of straightening.Blue tint works to make it a nice capture.
This is great, I didn't know you could make powerlines look so good.
Blue tones add to the bleak feel of this landscape. Superb lead in lines. Ron.
Superb lines and perspective, love the toning
A good catch, brrrrrrr.
Excellent choice of subject Lynn, you've captured great atmosphere along with the abstract quality of it, love the lines through the scene, well thought out and well taken, Adrian
Ikeep trying to get a shot like this, never works as well as yours. Great pic.
Great lines and perspective.Great mono. touch.
Love the perspective and lines. The mound in the foreground makes it for me. Superb shot.
Lovely tone and work
Pylons are a no no, but you have made them work here
Hi Lynn like this a lot, tone works well.
love the perspective
I never thought I would see pylons as anything more than a stain on the landscape but this works very well. Good strong lead in lines and great perspective and depth. Love the cool tones too
Excellent photography.Superb use of the pylons and the field/lines are masterly.
Well done on a quality capture - I really like the contrast of the strong diagonal of the powerlines and the lead-in lines of the furrowed soil, the contours of the landscape, the pleasing tones and the square composition ...
Good comp & nicely cropped...
Amazing, really like the lines and geometry in this photo.
excellent study of light and perspective, atmospheric and linear.
nice line that lead you in.
have you done a shot of a pilon from under it in the centre, its a good composion!
I can just imagine a horse pulling a plaw with steam coming of its breath in this one.
well seen and I like the overall tones.
spot on iajacks
Wonderful composition - the lead in lines of the furrows, coupled with the undulation of the field, really sweep you in. The pylons take you through the rest of the image to the distance - but the two foremost ones are strong enough to anchor you back into the image. Really classy work. Bruce
