I think this might have raised a few eyebrows of the neighbours...stuck the kiwi fruit (after a bit of careful surgery) on to the window and balanced some black card behind. Strong sunlight highlighted the detail. Sure there must be an easier way....

Good idea, might be straightened by replacing the cut out piece with a cherry or something similar, maybe? Although I don't know how you'd stick a cherry to the window?
