Not sure what these instruments are. Found at the former site of the Oxenhope Laboratories, Keighley Moor.

Taken a while back, 30" exposure with a hoya ND400 filter.

Pin sharp instruments with a blurred sky; great effect.

I think they're rainfall measures.
