The swirling lines are almost hypnotic, the tiny figure adds a sense of scale. A fascinating image. There's a look of overcast, hazy light, I think a little bit of work could bring out textures and detail but I wouldn't want to see this over-worked, it's so subtle.

I like the vertical format you have used, the way you have filled the frame with the terraces, and the way they form wonderful curves throughout the image, but I agree with Moira about a touch of editing.
