Many thanks for your comments and votes, it was raining when i started the evening but the rain and clouds mostly just blew away in the end.
Dave, it ended up being more of a tour of discovery, i found some neat places to explore including a square just on the SE side of tower bridge with a fab fountain and a cast Nikon camera, i hope to upload that soon as well.
I think i went a bit over the top on the mask sharpening, and was actually on manual focus :-/

Love long exposure shots like this!
Your exposure and detail are sot on, the color looks great
I love what long exposures do to water - that silky look
