Awesome - I really like the contrast between the sharpness of the details in his face and the softness of the background design. Great b&w contrasts too.

Great shot. For me though, I would habe liked to have seen some detail, or even just a hint of neck and shoulders. As it is, it reminds me of one of those joke hangers ( for clothes) that have a face on.
