Brilliant! Observation plus composition. The inside/outside tension, the tension between one figure engrossed in his interior world, the other gazing restlessly outwards.
If your break means seeking out different subject areas, that's always good. But don't take a break from photography!

I don't think it's possible to keep the same level of enthusiasm all the time, Peter. We all suffer self-doubt and perceived staleness at some point. Go out and enjoy taking photographs for a while without worrying about what to post next or how many votes it will get. Do what you want to do and enjoy it, and come back refreshed after a SHORT break.

Making use of the round window. As to you having a break, enjoy, but it's that time of year when people are off on holidays and not voting. I get 15 comments if I'm lucky most days Peter, I wouldn't lose heart because of the lack of numbers.

Must be the change in weather, makes many of us feel that way. My new computer is driving me crazy now. I love this shot Peter.......Sandy

Beautifully seen and snapped: but what's with the logo, partly cut off?

My guess is that you added it, then cropped a little: which adds to my conviction that logos are not a good idea...

Lovely observation, though.
