Thank you for showing an interest in my pictures. Today is the view looking west from the Triforium of Chichester Cathedral. I know that normal practice is to take this type of picture from the centre, however there is a pillar in the way... As it happens I don't think it detracts from the final result . I took the opportunity to take this during Evensong, whilst waiting for the rededication of St Richard's Shrine (in the foreground). I am fortunate to have access to the upper levels, which are not open to the public, as I was taking pictures for the cathedral records.
For those who are interested, I set a custom white balance for the activity that was to happen at the shrine, which has rather different light to the rest of the cathedral.
